Single Garage Conversion
Due to the current economic climate our client decided to convert an under utilised garage to provide much needed extra living space. Completion was just a little over 2 weeks and saved £1000’s in moving costs to achieve extra space.

Garage/Loft New Build
Our clients called upon us to increase their storage and living accommodation by building a new garage with an accessible and useable loft space. In addition a separate toilet and shower were installed in the rear of the garage.

Walling & Flagging
R Lees were brought in to take down an existing rear yard wall and make good the site before creating a new wall/gate with block-work. The yard base was also levelled before laying new flagging. The client was left with a much more appealing area to sit.

Factory Office
Our client wanted to build an internal office within an existing factory base. All block-work was laid and ceilings installed prior to plaster boarding and skimming to a high finish. R Lees liaised with client staff who wished to undertake the plumbing and electrics..

Single Storey Extension
Our client, having to rely more and more on the use of a wheelchair, made the decision to extend the family home rather than to move. Our services have been called upon to build a bedroom with integral wetroom as well as levelling the garden, installing 2 decking areas and raising the boundary wall.
