Next Steps

Initial consultations are conducted with our clients to fully discuss their ideas either before or after plans have been drawn. If necessary we can recommend Architects with whom we have worked with in the past and have vast experience with local planning offices.

Having looked at the job in detail we will break it down into stages so that we can fully agree on the process and identify any potential obstacles which can then be investigated and options discussed.

We can then will work out a detailed costing of the job with a clearly laid out plan of works of what has been agreed detailing all elements of the costing. This may include certain elements the client wishes to source independently - we will advise at what stage in the project those items will be required. When this plan of works is agreed by both parties it is signed off and forms the basis of our agreement.

Unlike many other builders, R Lees Builders do not expect any payments up front - we agree upon the payment stages throughout the job and it is only at these agreed points that payments are made. We are confident in our standard of work - payment in stages provides you with a risk free approach and the opportunity for you to see progress before making a single payment.

R Lees Builders have dedicated teams for each client; we understand the frustration of a builder being onsite one day and on another job the next. Our goal is to exceed client expectations and deliver our services to the best of our abilities.
